Then it became about community - I wanted to add to the community I had only been a spectator in to begin with. Though I keep my blog less personal than some - many of my readers are people I will probably never meet anyway. In the beginning it made it easier to be open and honest and not worry about what people in my real day to day life will think. That being said, where I am with blogging now is a little different. For a while i've watched other blogs with awe and have gained so much inspiration, I love how much I learn from others. You nailed it! Self confidence is the other big one for me. Blogging is super fun I get to "meet" people who have the same interests as me, who loves fashion as much as I do.
