Thanks to Couturious, a virtual styling site, launched recently during New York Fashion Week, and hosted a posh after party at the Evolving Influence Conference. They really did a fantastic job providing a space for us to get together and celebrate, and without them, we would have had to schlep our computers out of the theater into the snow and find some place else to have a nice drink and nibble.
To kick things off a bit, guests strutted their stuff in front of a green screen, transporting them to everywhere from Versailles to a winter wonderland. Check out their photos and vote for your favorite look. Grand prize winner receives a $200 gift card to Rent the Runway. Prizes are also available for second and third place.

Similar concepts have been done before, but it looks like Couturious has stepped up the game (so to speak). Can’t wait to try it!

The original, Looklet.com, has been around for a year so this rip-off looks must have been made in a hurry. Real bad copy.

So far, from the video and blog, I’m pretty impressed! This seems to go even further then the other sites out there that are similar. I just signed up for an invitation so I can’t wait to try it, and if it’s as good as it seems it will definitely be on my blog!!
