Peter Som SS12 : Bed of Blue Roses

Peter Som blew my mind. Sorry to be so inarticulate. But it’s true. The bold colors, the mixes of prints and laces. Twisted trench dresses and high slits, it was a perfect mix between festive, buttoned up and sexy. I would normally say that kitschy rose prints were cheesy but for some reason he made it work in a way that made sense. Perhaps it was by combining with brilliant colors making the roses the highlight, or perhaps it was the subtlety of the silhouettes. Either way, the collection was certainly something I would want to wear, like right now.
