Carlos Campos: Very bright with different tones of orange, blues and coral

1 Comment 14 September 2011

This Honduran-born designer might have been inspired by his Latin roots in this collection. Carlos Campos SS 12  was very bright with different tones of orange, blues and coral. His collection displayed what I felt to be an effortless style by being very casual, but still throwing in a collar here and there. You can tell that he was inspired by the Aztec and Mayan cultures by the patterns he used. This was the first time I’ve seen Campos’ collection so I can’t compare it to anything he may have done in the past, but it seems to be a very wearable line and I look forward to checking out his next one.
