Welcome back to IFBtv. This video was fun to make, I couldn’t contain my laughter. Taylor and I show you some ways to loosen up in front of the camera with some improv tricks. I know they look silly but believe me THEY WORK. I have a lot of friends in the arts and they always use improv techniques.
