Quit obsessing and put your brain on sleep mode.

Have you ever noticed that your brain is constantly going nonstop? It’s like a 24/7 cafe. Ideas coming in, thoughts racing by, worries filling up. Should I have said this? What if I had done that? What am I going to do? All that thinking and obsessing take up valuable mental space and actually prevents you from doing other more important things. Like working on a creative project, or finding a new challenge. Perhaps, we should all take a moment and focus on the present. Not tomorrow, not yesterday. Just today. Who knows what you can conquer in this world if you stop overanalyzing certain situations.
