Making dreams into plans

Finally, Friday is here and I don’t know about you but I’m ready to start brainstorming. All these resolutions and the wintery weather have me jonesing for a weekend spent indoors where I can brush up on my editorial calendar, photography skills and outfit planning. Do you get into winter hibernation mode too? It’s almost a blessing, this time to rejuvenate and get creative. I think it’s one of the upsides to winter. You get the time to think about putting your dreams into plans.

Tell me: how are you planning on making the most of your weekend? New projects to tackle? Will you be tuning into the Golden Globes this weekend? You know we will be giving you red carpet commentary on Sunday starting 6pm EST.

Love this! This weekend I’m planning to spend more time on my blog, because this week I didn’t have the time! :)

Shame on you for taking credit for someone else’s art.
Making the source IFB’s Pinterest Page? Really?

    Give proper credit.

Hi Laura! Thanks for reaching out, the post has been changed to reflect credit. The source link is just a link to the actual Pin – not a claim of ownership. However I do understand that the word source can mean a variety of things. We definitely aim to give proper credit to all who create work and will link back appropriately!

This is my original copyrighted artwork. You can find it here
I’m sure you found it via Pinterest or a blog with no credit, but remember when repeating images you should always do research.

Hi Lindsay, thank you for the heads up! I do apologize and have amended the post. It was not my intention to take credit for this print you have created. You are right, research is immensely important, even in our Pinterest-Tumblr heavy digital world.

What do you think?
