As soon as we saw the news about a potential Friday night blizzard in New York City – we were a little concerned. The whole fashion industry seemed to be uncertain about whether to cancel shows, presentations and parties or to soldier on – high heels and all.
Indeed events were delayed uptown and down due to Winter Storm #Nemo, but in our stylish little spot on Madison Avenue, IFB and Schutz Shoes partied on. We tried on heels and flats, loafers and booties – all while sipping a little bubbly, recapping the best of IFBcon and nibbling on a chocolate-covered strawberry or two. The chilly temperatures were but nearly out of our minds by all the gorgeous and pedicure-worthy warm weather shoes.
