IFB Project #107: Printed Matters

simkhai3

There is an art to selecting prints in your wardrobe. Too loud and you're a hot mess. Too subtle and it doesn't make a statement. With all the craze around pattern mixing, and beautiful printed clothing out there and on they way in from the Fall collections, now's just as good a time as any to share your favorite prints of the season (or for the coming season). Are you into animal prints? Florals? Tribal? Ikat? Gingham? Digital? The possibilities are endless!

IFB Project #107: Build an outfit around your favorite print

Mad for plaid? Fanatic about florals? Share it in a post! It can be an outfit post, a collage or a video, what ever best suits your posting fancy!

  1. The Science of Happy

I’d love to start taking outfit posts for my blog but I’m really uncomfortable with doing so. I still live with my family and the idea of blogging is completely alien to them. I feel uncomfortable going outside taking photos of myself and yet photos taken in my room look unprofessional. Any advise?

Never let anything hold you back from something that you want to do! One the of the most popular fashion bloggers I know is not supported by her whole family to be a fashion blogger, but she has been so successful! My advice is to find a friend that is willing to photograph for you, and you can do this while hanging out with them away from home. You might have a friend that wants to strengthen their photography skills, so it will be a win-win!

    Good Luck
