One of the best beauty tips I know of is to be happy.

Happy people radiate a beauty like nothing else that can be found in a jar. It's the truest kind of beauty.

I know, sometimes we can have bad days. I have them. And sometimes it's just a matter of thinking of all the good things in life to make bad thoughts turn good. Maybe it will take writing a gratitude list, or looking at puppies and kittens on the internet.

People see it when we're happy from the inside out. So, if that's not a decent reason to think good thoughts… I don't know what is.
