My blog is only a year and a half, and I have seen a huge increase in traffic and subscribers. I'm not sure what the ratio is to switch to Wordpress. I tried to switch to Wordpress, but they don't allow you to monetize, so I switched back to Blogger. I have found it to be more liberating, and I have found some awesome magazine style templates (the template I'm using now is magazine style, and I have had a lot of compliments on the design!)
