Happy Tuesday! We’re testing out a new feature on IFB, where we introduce you all to some cool-meets-fashionable gadgets. Everything we feature will be geared towards the stylish blogger who’s tech-savvy, too!
The gadget: NEX-3N Mirrorless Camera by Sony
What it costs: $500 (available in April)
What it does: This interchangeable lens camera features Sony’s new Auto Object Framing technology, which, according to TechCrunch, “allows it to pick out macro or moving subjects in addition to one or two people, and re-compose pictures while preserving the original to give a photographer a host of shots to choose from a single exposure.” Phewf. It’s also got a 16.1 megapixel sensor (that’s huge) and a large LCD screen that flips 180 degrees (for selfies!).
Why we picked it: The brilliance of a mirrorless ILC is that it allows for DSLR-like quality images from a compact camera body. And as the name implies you can use different lenses – this camera will come in a kit with a 16-50 mm lens. A camera like this is versatile and a great transitional camera for photography beginners – high quality images for your blog and a portable size for your day-to-day life and spontaneous photo ops.

Oh I am quite sold. I will be in Best Buy playing around with it soon…
